Avocado Africa 2027 takes place 15 – 18 June 2027 at the Sarit Expo Centre. Practical guidance below; the secretariat is available for anything not covered.

- Most visitors require an electronic travel authorisation for Kenya
- Apply well ahead of travel through the official Kenyan portal
- The secretariat issues invitation letters to registered delegates on request
- East African Community citizens may enter without a visa
